He has undergone industrial training programs during which he was involved in live projects with companies in the areas of SAP, Railway Traffic Management Systems, and Visual Vehicles Counter and Classification (used in the Metro rail network design). He is an alumnus of Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Delhi University. Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Dubey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Chitkara University School of Engineering and Technology, situated in Himachal Pradesh, India. He is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ingenium Research Group Lab, Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain. Dr. Dubey earned his BE and M.Tech degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from RGPV, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. He completed his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at JK Lakshmipat University in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. He is a Senior Member of both IEEE and ACM and possesses more than 15 years of teaching experience. Dr. Dubey has authored and edited fifteen books and has published over 60 articles in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings. He serves as an Editor, Editorial Board Member, and Reviewer for numerous peer-reviewed journals. His research interests encompass Machine Learning, Renewable Energy, Health Informatics, Nature-Inspired Algorithms, Cloud Computing, and Big Data. Prof. Dr. Victor Hugo C. de Albuquerque (Senior Member of IEEE) is currently a Professor and Senior Researcher at the Department of Teleinformatics Engineering (DETI)/Graduate Program in Teleinformatics Engineering (PPGETI) at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), Brazil. He earned a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB, 2010), a MSc in Teleinformatics Engineering from the PPGETI/UFC (UFC, 2007). He completed a BSE in Mechatronics Engineering at the Federal Center of Technological Education of Ceará (CEFETCE, 2006). He has experience in Biomedical Science and Engineering, mainly in the research fields of: Applied Computing, Intelligent Systems, Visualization and Interaction, with specific interest in Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing and Analysis, as well as Automation with respect to biological signal/image processing, biomedical circuits and human/brain-machine interaction, including Augmented and Virtual Reality Simulation Modeling for animals and humans. Prof. Victor is a full Member of the Brazilian Society of Biomedical Engineering (SBEB). Prof. Dr. Adrian Rodriguez-Aguiñaga was born on July 12, 1986, in Mexico. He is a engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Doctorate in Engineering Sciences, both from the Technological Institute of Tijuana, as well as a Master's degree in Digital Systems Sciences from IPN. Adrian is a titular professor in the San Diego Global Knowledge University and UABC, he has held pivotal roles such as Head of the Office of Linkage Projects and founder of the IT-Hub for software project development at the Technological Institute of Tijuana. He has taught at prestigious institutions like Cetys University and has spearheaded innovative projects in areas like machine learning, affective computing, and Industry. He has also collaborated on technological projects with companies and institutions, including the Transparency Institute of Baja California and SMK electronics. Recognized by the National System of Researchers and with a desirable profile from PRODEP, his passion and commitment to technology and education position him as a leader in the academic and professional world. Dr. Dra. Angeles Quezada, Doctorate in Sciences from the Autonomous University of Baja California, Master's degree in Computer Science from the Technological Institute of Tijuana, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Technological Institute of Tapachula, Chiapas. She is currently a research professor in the Master's Degree in Information Technologies at the Tijuana Technological Institute, where she participates in research projects, teaches and directs thesis.
