Dr. Rojas has published many research papers in journals and book chapters and has participated in and contributed to over 50 scientific meetings. He is a member of the National Researches System (SNI) and the Mexican Society of Biotechnology and Bioengineering.Guillermo Cristian Guadalupe Martínez Ávila, PhD, is a Scientist and Professor of Agronomy of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, Mexico. Specializing in foods, biotechnology, and agricultural sciences, he has published research papers and several book chapters, participated in and contributed to over 50 scientific meetings, and is working on several funded research projects. He is a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI), Mexican Society of Biotechnology and Bioengineering, and Mexican Association of Food Chemistry and is a reviewer for several journals.Julia Mariana Márquez Reyes, PhD is a Scientist and Professor of Agronomy at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, México.
