Her current research interests include Machine Learning, Distributed Data Mining, Bioinformatics, Intelligent Agent, Web Data Mining, Image Processing and Cloud Computing. B. K. Tripathy a Senior Professor in the School of Computing Sciences and Engineering, VIT University, at Vellore, India. He has published more than 190 technical papers in various international journals, conferences, and book chapters and has guided 14 scholars for their Ph.D degrees in both mathematics and computer science. He is associated with many professional bodies like IEEE, ACEEE, ACM, IRSS, AISTC, ISTP, CSI, AMS, and IMS. He is in the editorial board of several international journals like CTA, ITTA, AMMS, IJCTE, AISS, AIT, and IJPS and is a reviewer of over 40 international journals like Mathematical Reviews , Information Sciences , Analysis of Neural Networks , Journal of Knowledge Engineering , Mathematical Communications , IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems and Journal of Analysis . His research interest includes fuzzy sets and systems, rough sets and knowledge engineering, data clustering, soft computing, granular computing, theory of multisets, list theory, content based learning, remote laboratories and social networks.
