Pratyush Banerjee is an Assistant Professor at T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal, Karnataka, since July 2019. Prior to joining TAPMI, he was working at the level of an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) Pilani, Pilani Campus from June 2017-June 2019. Before that he was working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Resource Management at ICFAI Business School (IBS) Hyderabad, ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education (IFHE) University, from June 2015 to June 2017. His areas of research include HR analytics, HR planning, HR audit and E-HRM.Dr Banerjee completed his PhD in 2014 from ICFAI University, Dehradun, in the area of e-recruitment´. He holds a PGDM with HRM specialization from All India Management Association and a BTech in electronics and telecommunications from St. Thomas´ College of Engineering and Technology, Kolkata. He had brief stints in the telecom and the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) industries before pursuing his academic career. Overall, he has more than four years of post-PhD experience in academics. He holds a certificate in business analytics from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (UK) in 2015, and he is also an Aon Hewitt Certified HR Analytics Professional since 2017. He has conducted management development programmes (MDPs) and faculty development programmes (FDPs) on HR/business analytics and has been teaching HR analytics as a post-graduation elective for business management graduates as well as to professional executives since 2015.He has been instrumental in developing pedagogic material and course curricula for HR analytics courses at both IBS Hyderabad and BITS Pilani. Dr Banerjee has contributed several research papers to journals published by reputed international publishers such as The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Current Psychology, Qualitative Market Research: An International Journal and Journal of Global Operations and Strategic Sourcing. He has also contributed several case studies for the Case Centre/ICMR CDC. He is presently serving as an editorial board member for The Qualitative Report, a peer-reviewed journal published from Nova Southeastern University, USA. He also acts as an ad hoc reviewer for several peer-reviewed international journals published by eminent publishers. His research papers have been presented in reputed conferences, notably the Oxford University, UK, and the American Psychological Society (APS), Chicago. A member of the Analytics Society of India (IIM Bangalore), Dr Banerjee believes in continuous improvement and learning. Jatin Pandey is currently Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area, IIM Indore. He is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to this, he has served at IIM Kozhikode as an Assistant Professor. He was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by University Grants Commission, Government of India, and has been awarded the Best Thesis by IIM Ahmedabad for his doctoral work. His research interests focus on Indian management thought, management for rural and difficult geographies, job performance and emotions at workplace. He is a life member of All India Management Association and Academy of Human Resource Development. His articles have appeared in journals such as Psychology of Religion and Spirituality, Journal of Management Spirituality and Religion, Business and Society, Health Policy and Planning, International Journal of Knowledge Management, Indian Journal of Industrial Relations, South Asian Journal of Management and International Journal of Work Organization and Emotion, to name a few. He has published a book titled Geographic Information System and was also guest editor of special issues in International Journal of Knowledge Management and Australasian Journal of Information Systems. Manish Gupta is at present Assistant Professor at Department of HR, IBS Hyderabad, a Constituent of IFHE, Deemed to be University. His PhD thesis is in the area of work engagement´. Dr Gupta is a recipient of JRF and National Eligibility Test (NET) certificate awarded by University Grants Commission, Government of India. He has been teaching HR analytics at IBS Hyderabad since 2017. He is an editorial team member of Australasian Journal of Information Systems, International Journal of Knowledge Management and Journal of Electronic Commerce in Organizations. He has recently edited a special issue for Advances in Developing Human Resources (SAGE).Dr Gupta has contributed book chapters on employee engagement, green marketing, and goods and services tax, among others. He has also a few forthcoming book chapters with different publishers. He is a permanent reviewer for Cogent Education and Paradigm (SAGE). He has reviewed articles for Studies in Higher Education, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, Journal of Further and Higher Education, Evidence-based HRM, Leadership & Organization Development Journal and Journal of Management Education (SAGE), among others. He has contributed several research papers to Scopus abstracted and ABDC ranked journals with high impact factor. His recent publications appeared in Service Industries Journal, Current Psychology, Evidence-based HRM, Journal of Management Development, South Asian Journal of Business and Management Cases (SAGE), South Asian Journal of Global Business Research, Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration and Advances in  Developing Human Resources(SAGE), among others. He has eight conference proceedings to his credit and two case studies in the Case Centre, UK.
